South Central Regional Training: SA and Older Adults

This presentation will explore the changing landscape of available nicotine-containing products, with a focus on electronic nicotine delivery systems. We will describe the most recent scientific literature, including patterns of use; discuss health implications and describe the regulatory environment. Jim D. Martin, M.S., is the Director of Policy and Programs with the NC Tobacco Prevention and Control Branch, Division of Public Health, NC Department of Health and Human Services. Jim’s major responsibilities include providing statewide leadership and expertise on tobacco use prevention and control policy and programmatic solutions.
