About this Training:
This essential, interactive presentation will provide the participant with the current, evolving Ethical information regarding re-ferrals, confidentiality, technology, educator responsibilities and more! There will be case studies to assist participants with the application of the new rules. The important changes of 42CRF and the impact on Authorization of Release and Client Rights/Confidentiality and more will be addressed.

About the Presenter:
Mary Jane McGill, LCAS, CCS, LPC-S, MAC has worked in the substance abuse/mental health field for 35+ years. She has coordinated training events and facilitated statewide trainings for North and South Carolina. Mary Jane has provided clinical supervision for LCAS/CSAC for 8 years and LPC for 12 years. She currently serves on the NCSAPPB Board as Chairperson for QA Committee and Liaison with the APNC Board and APNC Board as Chairperson for Communication Committee.
